C.M.P.No.2805 of 2026 in C.M.A.SR.No.151268 of 2025 C.M.P.No.2805 of 2026 in C.M.A.SR.No.151268 of 2025 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J., AND K.RAJASEKAR.J., (Order of the Court was made by C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.,) This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 394 days in filing the above appeal against the judgment dated 18.03.2024 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Special District Court for Motor Accident Claims Cases, Krishnagiri in M.C.O.P.No.598 of 2021.

2. The petitioners therein are the appellants herein.

3. Notice had been directed to the respondent and counsel has entered appearance on behalf of the second respondent / Insurance Company.

4. In the affidavit filed explaining the reasons for the delay, it had been stated that the petitioners were under great shock and mental stress. They hail from distant village and had no acquaintance with any Advocate to make arrangements for filing the appeal.
