This petition is filed to condone the delay of 256 days in filing the above revision.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the notice sent to the respondent, who is represented by her maternal grandmother, was returned for the reason "Insufficient Address"; that the notice was sent to the address shown by the respondent in the maintenance case; and that pursuant to the order passed in the maintenance case, the petitioner was arrested in execution of the said order and he is in custody since 07.08.2024. 3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay stands condoned. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
