[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR , J.] According to the 1st respondent herein, the issue involved in this writ appeal is earlier decided by the Hon'ble Supreme Court. But, he has not produced the copy of the judgment before this Court at the time of final hearing and he seeks time for filing the copy of the judgment.

2. Hence, the interim order already granted by this Court is made absolute and this petition is allowed.

3. The Registry is directed to post the Writ Appeal for final disposal in the second week of November 2024.
