The present application has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 563 days in filing this Appeal against the order of the respondent dated 29.12.2021 in the Patent Application No.7192/CHENP/2013.

2. Mr.Subbu Ranga Bharathi, learned CGC, appearing on behalf of the respondent would vehemently oppose the present application being allowed indicating that there are no merits in the petition, Hence, prayed for dismissing the present petition.

3. Considering the averments made in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, in the interest of justice, the present petition is ordered as prayed for.
