This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23494 of 2024 by order dated 26.09.2024 passed by this Court to report before the Special Court under TNPID Act, Coimbatore, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the case has been taken up in C.C.No.17 of 2021 pending on the file of the Special Judge, Special Court under TNPID Act, Coimbatore. He further submitted that the case now stands posted on 10.12.2024.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23494 of 2024 vide order dated 26.09.2024 is relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Special Judge, Special Court under TNPID Act, Coimbatore, in connection with C.C.No.17 of 2021 on 10.12.2024 and thereafter, on the dates to be fixed by the learned https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
