ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.OP.No.25943 of 2024 dated 21.10.2024.

would further submit that the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thiruvallur.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.25943 of 2024 dated 21.10.2024 in 7(a) is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thiruvallur on 06.01.2025 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the Court concerned.
