PRAYER:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India prays to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus Calling for the records relating to the order passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal chennai in O.A.NO.1998/2014 dated 27.4.2016 and quash the same and further direct the respondents to consider the Petitioner for compassionate appointment.
