Jayamani v. The District Collector

This miscellaneous petition has been filed to substitute the legal heirs of the deceased 6th respondent.

2.It is stated that the 6th respondent had unfortunately died, pending the writ petition. In view of that particular fact and since there has to be a representation on her behalf, this petition stands allowed.

3.The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment indicating the death of the 6th respondent and bringing on record the petitioner herein as the 7th respondent.
