(By J.Nisha Banu,J.) This petition has been filed by the husband, for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 herein to secure, produce his wife, namely, Maheshwari, aged 26 years from the illegal custody of 4th respondent herein before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the detenue, namely, Maheshwari has been produced before this Court by the Police. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has stated that the detenue has been secured from her parents house and she has been residing with her mother.

3. On enquiry, the detenue has stated that she was with her mother and has expressed her willingness to go with her mother. The said statement is recorded.

4.Finding that the detenue is not in the illegal custody of anyone as on date and also considering the age of the detenue, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed and the detenue is set at liberty to accompany her 2/4

mother. It is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the appropriate Forum for redressal of his grievance in the manner known to law. No costs.
