[Order of the Court was made by S.S. SUNDAR, J.] This petition is filed to extend the time granted by this Court earlier in the order dated 30.08.2023 made in W.P.No.25604 of 2023. 2.Though the petitioner seeks further three months' time in this petition, the petitioner has filed this petition in December, 2023, and therefore, three months even according to the petitioner expires in the end of March, 2024.

3.Though learned counsel appearing for the respondents have serious objections, this Court, having regard to the facts narrated in the affidavit and the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, is inclined to grant time till 31st March, 2024, to demolish the portion of the building which is unauthorised and to restore the building in accordance with the planning permission granted to the petitioner. In case the

petitioner fails to comply with the direction issued earlier by this Court within the time stipulated above, the respondents are directed to carry on demolition of the unauthorised portion of the building without reference to any further orders of this Court.
