Since the writ petitioner S.Kandasamy deceased, the legal heirs of the said Kandasamy who are the petitioners herein have come forward to substitute themselves as legal heirs/party petitioners in the main writ petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for both sides.

3. Since the present petitioners are the legal heirs of the original writ petitioner who is no more as the petition therefore since has been necessitated, I am inclined to allow this petition, accordingly this petition is ordered.

4.The Registry is directed to make the amendment and post the writ petition after two weeks.
