ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to provide adequate police protection so as to enable the 3rd respondent to freely ingress and egress from the petitioner premises at S.F.No.38/1A, 39/2B, 41/1A, 42/3A, Valukkupurai Village, Madukkarai Taluk, Coimbatore District-641 105 to perform his duty under Section 25 of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act 1974, as amended in 1988 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 02.09.2025.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submits that on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and closed and no further action is required.
Further, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that on receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, the 2nd respondent conducted enquiry and ensured that the petitioner is operating his quarry business without any interference by the third party, thereby pleaded to close the present Petition. Recording the said submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, the present Petition is closed and the petitioner is at liberty to lodge a fresh complaint on the fresh cause of action and on receipt of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to deal with the complaint in accordance with law.
