(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Mr.Prabakar, relying on an averment in para 9 of affidavit of one R.Manivannan, affirmed on 22.02.2025, states that the Solid Waste Management Plant will not be made operational without getting environmental clearance.

2. In view of the statement made, the petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the interim application also stands dismissed.
