This petition is filed to condone the delay of 454 days in filing the writ appeal.

Heard Ms.Kavitha Nithyanandan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.U.M.Ravichandran, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there is no serious objection from the respondents, the delay of 454 days in filing the writ appeal stands condoned.
