This petition is filed to condone the delay of 144 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.J.Chandran, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.K.Kuppusamy, learned counsel for the first respondent and Mr.A.Rajkumar, learned counsel for the second respondent.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, we are inclined to condone the delay of 144 days in filing the appeal. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
