It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the detenu, Mohammed Khan, @ Sirajudeen, S/o.Abdul Rahman, aged about 56 years, life convict No.22609, detained at Central Prison, Coimbatore, has been released prematurely as per the G.O.(Ms).No.64 dated 01.02.2018 and also under Rules 632, 633, 634 or 635 of the Tamil Nadu Prison Rules, 1983. 2.As the relief sought in the above writ petition has become

infructuous, this petition stands dismissed accordingly as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition stands closed. No costs.
