connection has been given to the petitioner's building constructed in Plot No.60, Kasi Estate, Jafferkhanpet, Chennai600 083. Hence, nothing further survives for consideration in the writ petition. Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. W.P.M.P. is closed.
