J U D G M E N T
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) The appeal is against the interim order permitting the respondent to participate in the examination.
2. We are informed that the main Writ Petition itself has been disposed of by the learned Single Judge and that the order has not been appealed against.
3. Ms.Hema, learned counsel appearing for the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission would submit that the TNPSC intends to perfer an appeal against the final order also.
4. Hence, this Writ Appeal is dismissed as having become infructuous, with liberty to the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission to challenge the final order. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
