ORDER

This application has been filed to extend the timeline for completion of the arbitral proceedings between the applicant and respondent, including timeline for completion of pleadings, by a further period of six months.

2. The learned counsel on either side would submit that the arbitration is proceeding and in fact, the matter is also being amicably resolved and hence, they jointly seek for extention of time for completion of arbitration proceeding by six months so that either the settlement will go through or the arbitrator will be in a position to conclude the proceedings.

3. Considering the above, this application is ordered and the time for completion of the arbitral proceeding between the applicant and respondent is extended for a period of nine months from today.
