For Appellant(s):
Mr.T.Thiageswaran
ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble S.S.Sundar J.) This petition is filed to grant leave to the petitioner to file the above Writ Appeal. 2.It is stated that there is a dispute relating to the property which is the subject matter of the writ petition. Since the petitioner is also interested in the subject property, it is his grievance that, without hearing him, order is passed in the writ petition. 3.Even though the nature of order does not appear to be one which is likely to cause serious prejudice to the rights of the petitioner, this Court finds that the petitioner is also entitled to a hearing. Therefore, leave is granted and this petition is ordered. (S.S.SUNDAR J.) (P.DHANABAL J.) 10-01-2025 MKN https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
