The petitioners/A1 & A2 who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 15.11.2023 for the offences originally registered under Sections 174 Cr.P.C and subsequently, altered to Section 302 of IPC, in Crime No.288 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seek bail. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners stated that the deceased had several enemies in that particular area and that the respondent have arrested the petitioners only on suspicion. It is stated that the petitioners are innocents. 3.The learned Government Advocate for the respondent pointed out the nature of injuries which are quite serious. Later the deceased was also hanged and for that reason, it was originally registered under Section 174 Cr.P.C. Investigation has not yet been completed.
4.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioners stated that the charge sheet is ready to be filed but this fact is disputed by the learned Government Advocate who states that further witnesses will have to be examined.
