The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and the learned counsel for the second respondent submitted that the order passed by the Writ Court in W.P.No.2510 of 2023 dated 05.04.2024 has been complied with.

2. In view of the said submission, the disobedience alleged against the respondents cannot be termed to be willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
