Mr.D.R.Arunkumar, Standing Counsel (in both writ petitions) COMMON ORDER Mr.D.R.Arunkumar, learned Standing Counsel, accepts notice for the respondents and would accede to the receipt of applications dated 10.07.2023 for migration from WEG utility change from Sale to Board to Own Captive use before R2, which is the Chief Engineer, TANGEDCO, Chennai. He also assures the Court as well as the writ petitioner that applications will be disposed of expeditiously. 2.

Hence mandamus is issued to R2 to hear the petitioner, consider the application and pass orders / issue migration orders, as prayed for, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Writ petitions stand disposed in terms of this order. No costs.
