The learned counsel for the second respondent has produced a copy of the compliance report of the second respondent dated 28.02.2025, wherein it is stated that a sum of Rs.41,360/- has been refunded to the petitioner 2.In view of the said submission, the disobedience alleged against the respondent cannot be termed to be willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved against the refund amount, liberty is hereby granted to him to workout his remedy in accordance with law.
