This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21547 of 2024 by order dated 09.09.2024 passed by this Court to report before the respondent police every Saturday, until further orders.

2. Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has complied with the conditions imposed by this Court for a period of eight weeks.

3.The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21547 of 2024 on 09.09.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
