This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 22.11.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.26131 of 2023 to report before the respondent police everyday morning at 10.30 a.m., and afternoon at 2.30 p.m., and evening 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
