2. The applicant was the successful bidder in the auction sale relating to the Maxworth Dharanienthal - I, II & III Project admeasuring about 83.87 acres. Consequently, the applicant was required to pay a total sum of Rs.3,05,00,000/-. Out of the said sum, the applicant has paid a total amount of Rs.59,93,200/-.

3. Upon considering the averments in the affidavit and the submissions of learned counsel, this application is disposed of by permitting the applicant to pay the balance sale consideration of Rs.2,45,06,800/- in four equal monthly installments within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
