It is stated that the petitioner had already obtained bail in Crl.M.P.No.60291 of 2023 by the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore/Metropolitan Magistrate for exclusive trial of CCB cases (relating to cheating cases in Chennai) and CBCID Metro Cases. 2.A report has also been received from the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, CCB & CBCID Cases, Egmore, Chennai, dated 23.01.2024. It is stated that the pendency of the bail application before this Court was not disclosed before the said Court.
3.This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The learned Metropolitan Magistrate, CCB & CBCID Cases, Egmore, Chennai, may take appropriate steps against the accused for obtaining bail suppressing the material facts before that Court.
