ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1 st respondent to execute the Non Bailable Warrant (NBW) against the accused in S.C.No.131 of 2018 on the file of the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge at Tindivanam.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police on instructions submitted that despite much efforts taken by the respondent police, they could not trace out the accused and therefore, they have filed a report before the trial Judge and the learned trial Judge also satisfied with the report of the respondent police. He further submitted that now they are taking surety action.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. 2/4

4. The petitioner is directed to locate the accused and the same may be intimated to the police. In case the petitioner furnishes the location of the accused, the police shall secure the accused and produce him before the trial Court.
