This application has been filed to dispense with the personal appearance of the applicant in Cont.P.No.2164 of 2023.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the personal appearance of the applicant is dispensed with.

3. Post the main Contempt Petition on 22.01.2024 under the caption "for reporting compliance", failing which, the applicant / first respondent shall appear before this Court.
