ORDER

This application has been filed by the applicant seeking to file additional documents.

2.It is contended on behalf of the applicants that the additional documents are absolutely necessary and crucial for determining the quantum of shares that the plaintiffs and co sharers are entitled. Hence, he prays to allow this application.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that this application has been filed only to protract the proceedings and seriously objected to allow this petition.

4.Heard the learned counsels.

5.Taking into consideration all facts and to give an opportunity to the applicants / plaintiffs to produce additional documents to put up their defence, the additional documents are permitted to be marked subject to proof, relevancy and admissibility. Accordingly, this application stands allowed. However, the respondents are at liberty to raise objections at the time of marking the documents.
