ORDER

During the course of arguments, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the very same Government Order, which was mentioned in the impugned order dated 30.10.2023 has been challenged subsequently in another writ petition viz., W.P. No.15588 of 2024 and therefore, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition. Therefore, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the instant writ petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

2. Recording the above, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
