This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 340 days in filing the petition for revision against the order dated 21.09.2023 passed in Crl.A.No.96 of 2022 on the file of I Addl. District & Sessions Judge, Coimbatore.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 340 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
