This petition has been filed to relax the condition 7(a), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.26204 of 2024 on 23.10.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, daily at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is still pending.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition No.7(a), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.26204 of 2024 on 23.10.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.
