ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.08.2024.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, a representation was filed by the petitioner to take appropriate action to remove the Road formed in petitioner's patta land situated at Deviya Kurichi village, Thailavasal Taluk, in Salem District bearing Survey Number 184/1, 184/2A1, 184/2A2 by considering the earlier order passed by the second respondent dated 21.7.2023 and report of the deputy surveyor dated 01.06.2024. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondent till date. Hence, this petition.
3. In reply, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's representation will be disposed of by the respondents 1 & 2 within a period of 8 weeks.
4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record.
5. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondents 1 & 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.08.2024 and after issuing due notice to the petitioner and other rival parties, dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No cost.
