The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police in Crime No.250 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Section 420 of I.P.C seeks anticipatory bail.

2. It is stated that F.I.R in Cr.No.250 of 2023 has been stayed by an order of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1398 of 2004 and Crl.M.P.No.1001 of 2024 vide order dated 24.01.2024. It is stated that the petitioner has been actually arrested on 27.01.2024, but on coming to know about the order of this Court that the F.I.R has been stayed, the learned Magistrate passed an order to release the petitioner with a condition to execute own bond. Hence anticipatory bail application will not lie at this stage.
