The petitioner herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 318(4), 319(2) of BNS and 66 of IT Amendment Act, 2008, in Crime No.28 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. From the records it is seen that the anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner was already dismissed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18672 of 2025 dated 29.07.2025. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner has once again started to argue the case on merits, which have already been considered and decided by this Court in the earlier order. Therefore, in the absence of any change in circumstances, it is not appropriate for this Court to reconsider the earlier order.
