This application has been filed by the applicants/plaintiffs to bring on record the following persons viz., 1.Pushpavathi, daughter 51 age, 2.S.Jayanthi, daughter 49 age, 3.R.Kumar, Son 44 age, 4.S.Bhuvaneswari, daughter 42 age, 5.R.Gnanaprakash, Son 38 age as the legal representatives of the deceased 1st defendant viz., T.Rajaram as the defendants 20 to 24 in C.S No.22 of 2010.

2. The learned counsel for the other side has no objection in allowing this application.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed.
