O R D E R

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence under Section 296(b), 115(2), 118(1) and 351(3) of BNS, 2023 in Crime No.90 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the 1/4

prosecution case and reported that the petitioner herein was originally arrested and released on bail by order dated 14.02.2025 by the learned IV Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.1842 of 2025 and subsequently his bail was cancelled by the aforesaid learned Judge, due to non-compliance of bail conditions on 16.04.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.3610 of 2025. Since, bail order was cancelled, he has applied for fresh anticipatory bail before the Principal Sessions Court in Crl.M.P.No.6991 of 2025 and the same was also dismissed on 31.07.2025. Against which, this present petition seeking anticipatory bail has been filed before this Court.

3. This Court is of the view that it is appropriate that the petitioner has to challenge the cancellation of bail order. The present petition seeking anticipatory bail has been filed before this Court without challenging the cancellation of bail order is not entertainable.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed with liberty to file a fresh application to challenge the cancellation of bail order. 06.10.2025 ssi To:
