ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 645 days in filing in the Criminal Revision Petition vide against the order passed in F.C.M.C.No09/2019 by the learned Family Court, Chengalpet, dated 15.12.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought in this petition has become infructuous and hence the petition may be dismissed as infructous.

3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as infructuous and the above Criminal Revision Case is rejected at the SR stage itself.
