Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to grant an ordinary leave for 60 days without any escort to petitioner named Robin @ Robinson, S/o Samuvel John, Convict No.4102, detained at the Central Prison, Puzhal-I, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 13.11.2023.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR,J.) This petition is for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to grant ordinary leave for 60 days without escort to the petitioner by considering his representation dated 13.11.2023.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that the prayer of the petitioner was already considered by granting 40 days of ordinary leave after receiving the report of the Probation Officer and the local police.
