ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed for a direction to the 1st respondent to execute the non-bailable warrant issued against the accused persons in C.C.No.1771 of 2022 by the XV Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Madras.
2.When the matter came up for hearing on 10.01.2024, this Court passed the following order:
It is brought to the notice of this Court that the next date of hearing is 18.01.2024 and there is a bailable warrant pending against respondents 2 to 4.
2.This Court wants to await as to what will happen on the hearing dated on 18.01.2024. If there is no improvement and the private respondents continue to evade the notice, this Court will pass appropriate orders.
3.Post this case on 22.01.2024 under the same caption. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the non-bailable warrant has been issued against the accused persons and that they did not appear before the Court even on 18.01.2024. It was further 3/5
