Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that pursuant to the order of this court dated 26.07.2024, the application of the petitioner dated 23.10.2017 has been considered and an order dated 27.01.2026 has been passed rejecting the request of the petitioner. The learned counsel appearing for the contempt petitioner has also not disputed the order passed by the respondent. The submissions made by both sides have been recorded. It is for the contempt petitioner to take appropriate legal course challenging the aforesaid order passed by the respondent in the manner known to law. The contempt petition is closed accordingly.
