ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 15.07.2025 passed by this Court in Crl.R.C.No.1086 of 2025, thereby directing the respondent to handover the Innova Crysta car to the petitioner, on compliance of the contidions imposed by this Court.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, on compliance of the condition by the petitioner, the respondent handed over the Innova Crysta Car to the petitioner on 21.11.2025 and have obtained acknowledgment.

Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
