This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.17815 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.14463 of 2023, by an order dated 09.11.2023, to appear before the respondent police for a further period of 20 days and thereafter weekly once i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 am., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police monthly once at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required.
