This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.342 of 2022 dated 10.11.2022 based on the order dated 27.05.2024 passed in Crl.M.P.No.19940 of 2023 by the learned XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent/Police and perused the materials available on record. 3 It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent/Police that already investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed on the file of the Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet in E-filing No. LTN 20230001097C2024 00099 on 07.12.2024.

4. In view of the same, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
