This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 21.3.2022. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that an FIR came to be registered in Crime No.3 of 2024, dated 02.01.2024 for offence u/s.419, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 420 IPC.
