ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) The present Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for having disobedience of the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Attur, in Crl.M.P.No. 551 of 2023, dated 15.02.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that pursuant to the order dated 15.02.2023, F.I.R. has been registered in Crime No.115 of 2022 and the charge sheet has also been filed. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present case.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Contempt Petition is closed.
