W.P.No.16604 of 2003 S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.

The Presiding Officer, Central Government Industrial Tribunalcum-Labour Court sent a letter to the Registrar General, High Court of Madras, Chennai - 600 104 on 14.11.2018. This Court passed an order on 28.02.2017 in W.P.No.16604 of 2003, to dispose of the I.D.No.668/2001 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the High Court order. However, it is now informed that the Post of Presiding officer of the Industrial Tribunal was vacant and now a Presiding officer is appointed.

2.Under these circumstances, a request is made to grant extension of time. In view of the fact that there was no Presiding officer in the Industrial Tribunal, this Court is inclined to grant further time of three months from today to comply with the orders passed in W.P.No.16604 of 2003 dated 28.02.2017.
