This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that "the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" passed inCrl.MP.No.16293 of 2024 in Crl.OP.No.23995 of 2024 dated 21.11.2024. 1/3

2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and further, the investigation was also completed.

3. Considering the representation made by both side counsel, investigation was already completed, and that the petitioner is complying with the conditions without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
